Industry veteran and community leader, Nitza “Sisi” Packard, is trailblazing a new path in an industry where only 9 percent of women are licensed general contractors. Packard has completed projects in the commercial and residential sectors for various companies in Brevard County. Most recently, she launched her own general contracting and consulting firm, Packard Construction Services, Inc., to partner with large, commercial project owners, construction managers, and owner representatives.
